Am I right in think you guys haven't yet tackled the EXSLT dynamic group of functions: http://www.exslt.org/dyn/dyn.html?
The list of useful functions is:

I'm particularly looking for an implementation of dyn:evaluate() http://www.exslt.org/dyn/functions/evaluate/index.html.

It's possible I may have a go myself, although it'll have to be on my very limited spare time... Can you let me know if you have any code for 'dynamic' at all before I start?

Thanks,

Unfortunately it's impossible to implement dyn:evaluate() per its specification. So instead we have
proprietary analog - dyn2:evaluate(). The difference is that dyn2:evaluate() accepts two more parameters - the context and optional namespace bindings. It has some limitations too. Take a look if it fits your needs.

Hey - thanks for the swift and good reply. I concluded similarly that the implicit context required by the specification wan't available in the .NET framework extension function implementation, so I'd need to pass it explicity as an additional parameter. The namespace list is icing on the cake. This looks very cool and I'm going to use it.

Respect!
