Could not load file or assembly Mvp.Xml, Version=2.3.0.0

Hello -

I'm trying to use Mvp.Xml in a medium trust 2.0 environment but am getting this error:

Could not load file or assembly 'Mvp.Xml, Version=2.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=6ead800d778c9b9f' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? Is there a build available for .NET 2.0 in medium trust?

many thanks,

Hmmm. I believe it should work in medium trust, except for EXSLT extensions and MvpXslTransform class - XSLT extensions in .NET require full trust.
Provide more info please. How can I reproduce the problem? Are you sure it works with full trust?

Hello,

'Key file 'Mvp-Xml.Net20.Public.snk' is missing the private key needed for signing'

Do I have to crerate private key??

Please advise,

Kaz, if you downloaded it 07/02/2007 please download release 2.3 again. I uploaded badly signed version that day and 20 people downloaded it. Hope that fixes the problem.

olegt,

I am trying to download the 2.3 again.
I just wonder which do I need?? Mvp2.Xml-2.3-Src.zip OR Mvp1.Xml-2.3-Bin.zip??
both zip files on the Releases tag seems old......
where is the updest version??
Sorry to bother you.. but I am really having a hard time to use date-time().
Please advise

You need bin release, it containes the Mvp.Xml.dll. Get it here -
http://www.codeplex.com/MVPXML/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=4894

It was updated the same day, but some people managed to download it before I noticed there was a problem with signature.
